About the Clearwater Firefighters

The Clearwater Firefighters Association represent the men and women of the Clearwater Fire and Rescue Department. The CFFA also represents fire fighters serving in the East Tarpon Lake Special Fire control District, New Port Richey, and Belleair Bluffs.

The CFFA defends these firefighters against illegal work proceedings that negatively effect them and their families. They fight against unfair labor practices, illegal firings, and cuts to local fire and EMS protection levels.

Every year, members of the CFFA generously donate to many charities. Their biggest charity is The Muscular Dystrophy Association, also known as Jerry's Kids.

Currently, Clearwater Firefighters are lending a hand to such charity projects as The Iris Project and The Boat of Heroes.
